Insurance Participation & Coverage: Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT) participates with most major health insurance programs. We accept both Highmark and UPMC Health Plan along with most other area insurances. When you call one of our four convenient locations to schedule your initial therapy visit, the staff will confirm participation with your specific health plan. Prior to your visit, the staff will also verify your insurance coverage and therapy benefits, such as co-pays, deductibles, visit limits, etc. If you have questions regarding participation with your insurance plan for in-network coverage, please call our TSPT Billing Department at 412-369-7703 or via email at billing@tristateortho.com. Our experienced staff will help you to understand your benefits and coverage related to your orthopaedic and rehabilitation care.

Billing & Payments: We require payment for out-of-pocket or non-covered services at the time of your visit or service. TSPT will submit claims to your insurance carrier and will coordinate with you and your insurance company to determine any out-of-pocket expenses including deductibles, co-pays, coinsurances and non-covered services. We offer flexible payment plans for large expenses not covered by your insurance. Please contact our billing office for more information.

Payments can be made in our office, by mail, over the telephone or online. We accept cash, check, debit card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express. To make a secure payment, please click here to pay your bill online.
