Justine Carroll, PT, DPT graduated from IUP in 2016 with a B.S. in Athletic Training and from D'Youville College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Justine began her PT career working both in a hospital and outpatient setting, but enjoyed outpatient the most. Justine joined the Tri State Physical Therapy team at the Robinson location in October 2022.
